Dr Nida Khan completed her dental degree (with honours) at The University of Queensland and undertook her speciality training in Orthodontics from The University of Adelaide. During the three-year programme, Nida presented at various dental and orthodontic meetings and was awarded the Australian Postgraduate Award, the Australian Society of Orthodontists (SA, 2015) prize for best clinically treated case and the Raj Prasad award for best clinical case in (SA, 2014). In 2016, she successfully completed the examinations jointly conducted by the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Following graduation, Nida has had the opportunity to practise in both public and private practices in Queensland and Western Australia. She currently divides her work week between public and private orthodontic practices in Western Australia. Outside of work, Nida spends her time with her family, including her two young sons.
