The Digital Orthodontic College (a subsidiary of BOSS) must be notified in writing via email for all cancellations or transfers. If notified up to, and including, 25 March 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. If notified after 25 March 2023, no refunds will be available. All refunds will require upto 14 days for processing. You may transfer your registration to another person for an admin fee of $150+GST.

For any unforeseen reasons, if the event cannot go ahead, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
